We welcome anything you can do to raise funds or raise our profile.

Run a marathon, or just 5K. Lose that stubborn winter weight. Host a tea party. Anything goes! It’s easy to set up your own fundraising page at www.justgiving.com, www.peoplegiving.org, www.localgiving.org and many more!

Running dedicated fundraising events is central to the continued success of our work and naturally demands a lot of energy and dedication. If you fancy undertaking any kind of challenge or organising an event in support of Mind Yourself, we’d be very grateful – and happy to help.

Become a member! £15 per year – allows annual access to group activities

Become a friend of the charity £50 – and we will thank you in our Annual Review and on our website

Become a corporate supporter  and we will list you on our website and thank you in our Annual Review (£250+)

An hour of one-to-one support = £35

An accompaniment = £20

Sponsor a coffee morning/ Sponsor a park walk/library visit = £30

Sponsor a volunteer training session = £100

Sponsor a programme of 8 wellbeing sessions = £300-500

Mindfulness training for your company, prices vary from £200-£2,000
